Quick Start Challenge – 15 Day Update

Quick Start Challenge Update

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to take a little break away from all the heavy business stuff and different articles. If you have been for for the last few weeks, you know that I have decided to take The Challenge...

The Dean Holland Quick Start Challenge!

I just wanted to give a quick update as to how it was going. Before I started the Challenge, I was completely overwhelmed with many of the aspects of internet marketing. I had bought a whole bunch of products, read countless ebooks, tried a few videos and coaching programs and was getting absolutely no where. I'm not the type to give up, so that was not an option.

The Beginning

I began where many people before me have.

I had a blog... NO Traffic...

I was an affiliate and had products to offer... NO List...

I had a concept... NO product...

But one thing that I am definitely not lacking is PASSION and DRIVE!

I was starting from scratch. There were days when I would get excited over 10 people per day seeing my blog. I came across one of these WSO's (Warrior Special Offers) that was created by Dean Holland. Before jumping in (like I had done many times before) I decided to actually do some research and see just who Dean Holland was. When I looked and found... Wow, he is a pretty reputable guy!

The WSO was $12 with no OTO or upsells. Shocking, right?

It was a video talking about what it actually takes to run a 7 figure business online, plus a free webinar.

After attending that webinar, it was an opportunity for me to finally get the guidance and help that I needed to get off and running. Someone was finally doing what no one else had offered to do before.... HELP!

The First Few Days

You have probably heard it before. "Forget everything that you thought you knew, and just trust and do." This time, I finally decided to do just that. I was not going to say "but someone told me different" I just followed the steps that were given.

Then things started to change...

I started to get traffic and things started going better!

15 Days In

There is now roadwork in place. There is structure, an actual plan, and a goal that I am working towards. I have found that all I have to do is follow the steps that have been set forth, and I will be able to have success!

I'm still waiting on that elusive first dollar, but I realized something else. It's time to stop desperately chasing the money... and let it chase me!

I have found something way more powerful... I have been building some great bonds, relationships, and connections with some people who I can learn something from. Every person I have connected with has something to share and teach. I am like a internet marketing sponge and take in everything I can! It took me awhile to realize it, but I think that I am finally at the point where I realize that a lot of the connections that I make, are worth way more than money.

So here are some stats and numbers...

A definite improvement in traffic since the beginning

Am I killing it? Not yet... But as long as I am constantly improving, I am happy!

You can definitely see the days that I slacked off a little bit...

If Alexa Ranking is your thing... Well I can show you that too... I started at 20 million in the world just a few weeks ago, and here is where I stand today

Alexa Ranking
Not a bad start...

If I keep going... Keep working hard, there is no doubt in my mind that I will be where I want! My next goal 1 million world rank, 100,000 US rank.

15 Day Conclusion

The Dean Holland Quick Start Challenge is definitely doing as it says. It is helping me to create a business... NOT to get rich over night, which is good because I'm not trying to get rich quick! I'm in this for the long haul. I think for anyone trying to get started in internet marketing, it is definitely a good place to start. It will help to set the basics in stone, the right way, the honest way.

I will be the first to admit, there is always room for myself to grow and work harder, which is just what I plan to do!

I hope everyone enjoyed the little break to get a little more personal with what I am doing, and how I am doing in this challenge. Do I struggle? Of course I do... I'm not going to lie and say its easy, because the truth is, it's not! But remember that anything worthwhile doesn't come easily!

I would love to hear any comments about how people started, their road to where they are today, or anything else! I love interacting with people!
